Ok so summer is finally here and everyone has worked themselves up into a frenzy trying to get summer time fine and bikini bodied. I won’t lie I’ve been trying to get more fit and healthier as well. Not only so I look good on the beach but so I feel good too. The baby is going to be 6 months this week and well I could stand to lose a few more lbs!
Over the course of my journey to get fit I’ll be sharing with you what I’m doing to reach my ideal look. Yes, I said look because I personally don’t go by how much I weigh I go off of how I look in my clothes. This week I’ll share my workouts with you.
Currently I work out 4 times a week first thing in the morning before I do anything else. I used to go to the gym A LOT but I realized I was spending a lot of money for what I could be doing at home. There are a few workout channels on YouTube that I watch and love! Nothing is better than working out in the comfort of your own home while you look a hot sweaty mess. This workout is high intensity but fun! You'll be sweating more than you every thought you could!
